These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
Acceptance of your Order
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Liquid Leisure Shop shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order by email as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Liquid Leisure Shop will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. In the event of a product being out of stock, we will inform you and as if you wish us to put the item on back order for you.
Furthermore we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website whether or not that merchandise has been sold or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Delivery
www.royalmail.com or Southern Express, Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Return/Exchange policy
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The Distance selling regulation covers you.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges as long as the item is returned unused and in the same condition, and in the original packaging it left us.
Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorization number by emailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorization number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted.
Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of Liquid Leisure and can only be refunded with a 'store credit note' which can be used online or in store.
We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once the returned goods have been received and checked.
We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn or used and tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags and before disposing of the original packaging. Please be aware that all item(s) must be returned with its original packaging.
Please send all returns to Liquid Leisure, Horton Road, Datchet, Berkshire, SL39HY. The product you return must be in new, unworn/unused condition with all the original packaging and all tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties but not return postal costs. International customs duties and sales tax are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community.
It is advisable to send returned items by registered post/courier and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility. Reimbursed of post by us will only be given the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
Payment
All of our items are priced in UK pounds sterling and include value added tax at 20.00%. Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, American Express, Delta and Switch debit cards Via our Paypal payments system.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
We take all reasonable care to make our Site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Protx a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At Liquid Leisure we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.
