If you have or are concidering Liquid Leisure's facilities for your group activity or event please download, Print and have every participant fill out an Activity Agreement. Under 16's require a parent or Guardian to fill out their agreement.
By filling out this form you will greatly reduce time taken for registration and ensure all details are correct leaving your party free to enjoy there visit!
Please also find attached copie of our Affiliation to British Waterski/Wakeboard
Our Public Liability Insurance if required
And copy of our child protection policy provided by our governing body.
